AVANA CUSO, one of the nation’s most seasoned credit union service organizations (CUSO) is proud to announce and welcome Florida resident, Elizabeth Tibaduiza as CRE Senior Loan Processor expanding AVANA CUSO’s East Coast representation by the CUSO. As Elizabeth joins our team, AVANA CUSO will continue to grow and bring new and exciting lending opportunities to their credit union partners.

Ms. Tibaduiza brings her nearly twenty years of experience in loan commerce to her new position. As AVANA CUSO serves clients nationwide, the need to have representation across the United States is extremely important. With Elizabeth adding to AVANA CUSO’s East Coast representation, the company can be more responsive and timely in their correspondence and ultimately allows AVANA CUSO greater ability to deliver.

Ms. Tibaduiza brings an element of professionalism and experience in the financial sector focused on commercial real estate. She will be working closely with AVANA CUSO’s business development team to provide service to our borrowers, brokers, and loan stakeholders in order to obtain all necessary information and ensure that all aspects of the transactions are properly executed. Her years of experience will be invaluable in the verification of information, reports, and interprets and analyzes financial statements. Elizabeth will be an essential part of AVANA CUSO’s operations, and the company will be relying heavily on her ability to prepare loan files for underwriting and closing.
